check out this forthcoming documentary on 20/20 about cloistered nuns: http://abcnews.go.com/2020/Story?id=3160621&page=1
every once in a while, i wish i had t.v.
nuns, nuns, nuns. sometimes i think if i had been born in the 1930s or 40s, i'd be a nun. maybe that's why i feel such a kinship to reports like this. or maybe its just st. ben's in my skin!
seriously. people need to stop talking on the quiet, no-talking floor of the library. if you want to chat, go downstairs. the rest of us are wigging out. your joking, friendly-sounding laughter is not appreciated in these parts.
that is hilarious. christ's ultimate communication with god (in form of bodily leap into heaven) and with humans (for some, the message christ left behind was: found my church!). all on the same day as the world will celebrate leaps in bounds in the ways we communicate with each other, including this little blog here.
i am dying of laughter. can't wait for may 17.
in other news, finals going fine. blegh. 10 more days. holy shoot, kate, stop blogging & get writing.
