in other news, i made it to alaska. i live in alaska. its kind of like saying, i live in north carolina. maybe if i repeat it over and over enough times, i'll actually believe it.
my mom turned 54 yesterday...just one day after she learned how to skype-talk to her daughter in alaska.

and thank god. the home depot opened up in juneau yesterday. people around town say its bigger than cosco. well, thank goodness.
